Pricing

Povas charges a flat fee per month which is based on the number of hours needed in order to manage, secure and maintain your current systems; this includes IT support with a holistic and compliant approach, intertwined with data protection best practice.

All necessary work is included within your plan hours; when your monthly hours have been depleted you are notified and can choose to complete outstanding work at your additional hours fee or wait for the work to be completed using the following month's hours.

Additional improvements, development and projects can be dealt with separately to your monthly plan, where a price is agreed in advance – or as an ongoing partnership, as part of your plan hours and using add-on hours where necessary.

Povas also offers an entry-level Zero Hours Support plan. We meet you, are briefed on your systems and commit to responding to your support needs if and when required at a pre-arranged hourly rate. This package provides assurance to you, and any regulatory body or clients, that you have experienced and specialist IT support on retainer. We are responsive to any incidents where support is required and have a low minimum 5 minute charge so that we're always on hand and accessible.
